At Riches, we pride ourselves on providing a peaceful, elevated experience centered around luxury, care, and professionalism. The following policies are in place to ensure we maintain our high standards and respect everyone’s time.

Arrival & Lateness

Please arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment time to receive the full experience of your service.

Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late will have their appointment canceled and will be charged a $75 late fee.

We value your time and ours — punctuality helps us deliver the best service possible.
Deposits & Payments

A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will go toward your service total.

Deposits are only valid for the original service booked and cannot be transferred to another service or appointment.

We currently accept cash only as the final method of payment.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
Rescheduling & Cancellations

We do not allow rescheduling under the same deposit. If you need to change your appointment, a new deposit will be required.

No call / no show appointments will result in a full service charge and you will not be able to book future services.

Late cancellation fees apply as follows:

Within 48 hours: $75

Within 24 hours: $100

Booking Wellness Treatments

Our head spa treatments include luxury scalp massages, customized product blends, and water therapy rituals. These are wellness-based services, not hairstyling services.

Styling, blowouts, or silk presses are not included but may be booked separately if available.

Blow dry can be added for an additional fee if requested in advance.
Guests & Children

Due to the calming nature of our spa environment:

No extra guests allowed during your session.

No children permitted in the spa area.

Health Considerations

If you are experiencing cold/flu symptoms, fever, or any contagious condition, please cancel or reschedule your appointment to protect the health of our space.

We reserve the right to decline service if you arrive visibly unwell.
Content & Media Use
We may take photos/videos during your visit for promotional purposes. Please let us know at check-in if you prefer not to be photographed.
